These tiny hamburgers are one of our favorite meals. They are so flavorful because you mix herbs and spices into the meat.
Start out with 1 pound of ground beef. Then add 1 finely chopped garlic clove. I pound of meat will make seven sliders, so it’s the perfect amount for a family of four.
Next add 1/8 teaspoon of ground cumin. I love cumin, it gives the meat a wonderful flavor!
Next add 1/4 teaspoon of Kosher salt.
Followed by 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Add 1/8 teaspoon of onion powder.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme.
And last but not least, 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
Time to get your hands in there and mix it up.
Ready to be cooked.
I cooked these on the stove top. Sometimes I cook them out on the grill, but it’s been raining and I decided to cook them inside today.
We like to have our sliders on Hawaiian rolls.
Slice the rolls open and butter them. Run them under the broiler until they’re nice and toasty.
Once the burgers are done.
Add what ever kind of cheese you like.
Time to assemble. Pile on what ever you like!
