They’re good! They’re really good. I bought these sweet cherries yesterday hoping they might taste something like their mid summer counter-parts. They do, they’re sweet and juicy, just like summer cherries.
I planned on pan roasting them with grapeseed oil and cayenne. ThenĀ serving them with roast chicken.
They won’t last that long. When everĀ one of us walks by the fridge, we reach in a take a few.
That’s ok, fresh sweet cherries a best eaten by the handful anyway.
